Roasted Corn Salsa

Here is the accompanying sweet corn recipe to my previous post and I am going to give you the recipe just as I did in the video, with options to make it the way you/your family may like it.

By the way, here is the video that goes along with the recipe:



And, here are the ingredients we used:
2 cups roasted sweet corn, cut off the cob
No more than 1/2 cup of each of the following add-ins: tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of one/mix of the following spices:  cumin, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder

Mix, taste, serve
