Here is what you will need for ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fermented peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons natural chocolate flavoring
- 4 Tablespoons honey, raw preferably
Melt the coconut oil, and then stir in the honey, flavoring, and cocoa powder.
Fill the bottom 1/3 of 15 mini silicone baking cups with the chocolate mixture.
Then roll 15 peanut butter balls with the fermented peanut butter and put them into the baking cups.
Finish them off by topping each baking cup with the remaining chocolate mixture. (Note: If the mixture starts to get a little clumpy, just heat it up a little and it will regain its smooth consistency.)
Put the cups into the freezer until they are set. About 25 minutes.
