List of ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons hot pepper oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 6 cups raw almonds
- salt to taste
Heat the oil over medium heat in a heavy pot.
Add in the chili powder and the pepper.
Stir in the almonds and cook while continuing to stir until the almonds are cooked - about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
