Here is what you will need:
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons fermented peanut butter (regular is fine)
First put the raisins, cashews, and peanut butter in a food processor. (Note: I am making a triple batch because they go fast in our house.)
Pulse until you have the mixture chopped well and looking like the mixture below, then add in the vanilla and cocoa powder...
and then continue to pulse until your mixture looks like this...
Roll into candy sized balls.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
