Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Muffins

A quick breakfast that always pleases my chocolate loving kids is whole wheat chocolate chip muffins.  Here is how simple they are to make.

Put the following ingredients into a bowl (no special order):
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup SUCANANT
  • 1/4 cup date sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 oil (I use grape seed oil)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix.


Put into 12 silicone muffins cups.


Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
