Hearty Beef Stew
This stew is wonderful for a cold night - something we have had a lot of lately here in Minnesota.
Here is what you will need:
2 pounds stew meat
2 cups green beans (frozen, fresh, or home canned)
4 cups home made broth
1 cup dried tomatoes/2 cups fresh tomatoes
1 Tablespoon vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Start by putting the stew meat, green beans, and broth in a crock pot and set on low for 4 hours. Add the tomatoes and vinegar, stir, and cook another 4 hours.
Serve with salt and pepper.
