Here is the recipe I follow:
In an oven-proof container (that has an accompanying lid) put:
2 cups brown rice
salt to taste
Boil 4 cups of homemade broth (the amount of salt you use will depend on how salty your broth is).
Pour the broth over the rice and salt.
Cover and put into a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Bake for 90 minutes.
Your rice will be perfectly done and you will also have the added benefits of all the great nutrients that the homemade stock puts into the rice!
