This is a great recipe for using up extra chicken. This dish tastes great served over the brown rice.
Here is the recipe:
5 cups cooked and cubed/shredded chicken
1 batch cream of chicken soup replacement
1 cup sour cream
1/8 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon oriental seasoning
Make the chicken soup replacement. Mix in the chicken and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat. Mix in sour cream. Sprinkle sesame seeds and oriental seasoning over top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
