Cheesy Egg Muffins

Here is a quick recipe that uses up a lot of eggs (which we are almost never in short supply of around here) and is a easy crowd pleaser.

Start by mixing together:
12 large eggs (16 medium)
2 cups shredded cheese
pinch of salt and pepper

Fill silicone muffin cups half full.

Put in a 400F degree oven for 15 minutes, or until slightly brown on top.

That's it.  Couldn't be easier!
